We have free taster events coming up in the centre of Ipswich.
The taster sessions are a great opportunity to look at peer support as a way to feel more connected to other people and generally more satisfied with your life.
After the taster there will also be an option to book on to a full course and learn all the skills you need to be able to join a community of people called a Peer Support Network. The tasters and the course are all free to attend, all you have to invest is your time!
Places are limited so please get in touch to reserve your place as soon as possible email dawn.williams@suffolkmind.org.uk or call us on 0300 111 6000.
